It is designed to reimburse employees for medical or dental expenses that may fall outside of the regular group policy (expenses must qualify under CRA guidelines to be eligible).

The CSIS group plan has ability to pay "top up" and pay 100% of any of these uninsured claims. Results: Non-taxable benefit to employee, tax deductible expense to policyholder.
